Productivity consciousness has acquired worldwide momentum. Higher productivity is necessary for the survival of any organisation. The hypotheses were tested using bivariate correlation and linear regression. The findings of the study revealed there is a significant impact of monetary motivation on employees’ productivity. It showed that there is significant impact of non-monetary motivation on employee’s productivity. Among other recommendations of the findings is that government should set up employment policy and condition of services for the private sector as obtainable in the public sector.
