Description

The present study investigate the differences in explanation for health and ill health (comparison of adolescents and young adults in Ijebu North). The study utilized ex-post facto design. A total number of 186 participants took part in the study which were made up of 90 (48%) males and 96(51.6%) females three hypothesis were stated and tested with T-test for independent measure. The result indicated that there was no significant influence of gender on adolescents and young adults health (t=2.319, df=184,P<.05), Also the result revealed that adolescent were more prone  to ill health that young adult(t=2.13,df=184,P<.05). Furthermore, that religion does not have significant influence on adolescents and young adults health.(t=-1.29, df184,P<.05). The result were discussed in relation to the existing theories and relevance study.
