Cases of sexual harassment in academia are becoming more frequent, majority of the research done on sexual harassment have been conducted in settings outside academia. This study therefore investigates undergraduate students’ sexual attitudes and perception of sexual harassment. The population of this study comprises of three hundred and sixty (360) students from four different faculties in Olabisi Onabanjo University. Four research questions were raised to guide the study. Two instruments were adapted and used to answer the research questions, American Association of University Women National Survey Sexual Harassment Questionnaire and Questionnaire on Sexual Attitude Scale. The findings of the study revealed that the respondents have negative sexual attitude and their perception of sexual harassment is also negative. The study also reviewed that there is no significant difference between male and female student sexual attitude and perception of sexual harassment. The study revealed that there is a significant difference in student sexual attitudes and perception of sexual harassment across academic levels. The study therefore recommend that School management, parents and guidance should give proper sex education to their wards before gaining admission into higher institution in order to curb and reduce sexual harassment in Universities.
