ABSTRACT
This study investigates technology entrepreneurship and innovation in Sewell Pharmaceutical Company. The study highlights the impact of technology entrepreneurship on innovation and performance. The study was anchored on the Disruptive innovation theory and modern theories of entrepreneurship. Adopting qualitative research design, the study used censes sampling techniques to select the entire (74) staff of Sewell Pharmaceutical Company. Questionnaire was used to collect information from the respondents and the data generated were analysed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis. Findings from the study revealed that there was statistical significant relationship between technology entrepreneurship and innovation Also, there was statistical significant relationship between technology entrepreneurship and performance in Sewell Pharmaceuticals. Finally, there was significant relationship between innovation and performance in Sewell Pharmaceuticals. It was concluded that organization enjoy an attractive market possibility due to technology entrepreneurship. However, it was recommended that policy activities in organisation should be focused on the circumstances that facilitate the formation of innovative startups and the survival of young innovative firms.
