In order to achieve efficient Library goals, organizations have to collaborate, this requires the use of a variety of domain specific knowledge. One of the crucial in the creation of a web based E-Library application. The process of scouting for books can be facilitated using a database driven web base E-Library to structure the environment. This project proposes an approach to ascertain this database driven web base E-Library application software. Application written on Php and the database MySql. It eases the need of cost, convenient, location, availability, building facilities e.t.c.

The web base E-Library is highly recommended for Nigerian Schools.
